Queens Badge News 16 March 2008
Well done to Adam, Neil, Nick and Ross who have all now completed the Queen's Badge Course which was held on 14 - 16 March 2008 at Auchengillan Outdoor Centre. Early reports from the tired team suggest that this was a great weekend where around 50 Queen's Badge Candidates met up and enjoyed taking part in team building activities. The next stage should be a formal report back to the Company indicating the results. Good luck gentlemen.

Queens Badge News
Mr Storrie, Queens Badge Candidate Adviser's comments should be noted and I would suggest that you convene a meeting asap with me to prepare your Action plan to ensure that you have sufficient time along with your studies to prepare the material required.

Dodgey Ball continued this week with the meek and mild 86th Boys trying hard to throw the new balls without taking the heads out of the opposition. Having four balls to play for everyone got knocked out leading to a finale between Neil and Adam. In a tense session Mrs Howard was seen to absent herself commenting that Dodgey Ball in the Brownies was never like this. If you are reading this and haven't been along to see this version of extreme dodgy ball do so at your own risk - its brrrrrrrrilliant!!

In a dramatic late entrance Gregor appeared with his arm in plaster a result of a bad fall at football he told us. The Queen's Badge program was further discussed and arrangements made to have the books brought up to date by mid October. The new four ball Dodge Ball is not for the faint hearted and if you get hit be prepared for the pain... it hurts. See you on Sunday. If you need any more information to help you with your work load drop me an email or phone.
